About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing and be willing to learn and contribute to various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Develop ideas for reels, posts, videos, captions, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in managing the company's social media presence.
• Research current trends, competitors, and relevant industry content.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand products/services and create relevant content.
• Assist in creating presentations, creatives, and marketing materials.
• Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports.
• Explore new content and marketing opportunities to increase brand visibility.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in content creation and digital marketing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other basic editing tools is an advantage.
• Understanding of social media trends and reels is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new marketing ideas.
