About the Role
As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Zero, you will design, build, and optimize machine learning models that power Zero’s task scheduling, meeting intelligence, and workspace context features. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to translate user workflows into robust AI solutions, including natural language understanding, pattern recognition, and intelligent recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and deploying models.
- Writing production-grade software.
- Evaluating model performance.
- Iterating on algorithms based on real-world feedback.
- Collaborating on data pipelines.
- Integration with calendars and productivity tools.
- Continuous improvement of privacy-focused AI systems.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Python or similar languages.
- Modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Cloud platforms.
- APIs.
- Microservices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software development practices.
- Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and optimizing machine learning models.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for understanding tasks, meeting transcripts, and workspace content.
- Hands-on experience with production deployment of ML services.
- Familiarity with integrating AI features into web-based products.
- Ability to work with real-world data, including data preprocessing, labeling, evaluation, and continuous model improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and comfort collaborating in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
