Intern-Product Analyst at ShareChat
Key Responsibilities
- Querying the Database: Using SQL to run queries on ShareChat's analytical engine built on Redshift.
- Scripting: Writing scalable scripts to fetch or modify data from API endpoints.
- Analytical Skills: Work with large amounts of data related to user behaviour. Analyze data to find conclusions.
- Critical Thinking: Look for trends and patterns in data to come up with new conclusions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure vigilance in analysis to come to correct conclusions.
Qualifications
- BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics is preferred.
- Prior working experience as an analytics Intern is a plus.
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks).
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
Stipend: INR 50,000/-
Exceptional performance may lead to a permanent position.
