About the Role
Eide Bailly is seeking full-time Entry Level Assurance Associates for their Abilene, Texas office.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend client engagement meetings to determine audit timelines and goals.
- Research business trends within an industry to apply knowledge to client solutions and potentially develop new business for the Firm.
- Prepare accounting-related reports in a paperless environment.
- Provide financial analysis upon completion of fieldwork to improve client internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Attend technical training on Knowledge Coach.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Travel: 20-40 percent travel is required.
- Knowledge Coach (auditing software).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Working towards obtaining your CPA license.
- Inquisitive and enjoy learning about various client business processes.
- Ability to in-charge engagements and provide constructive feedback.
- Multi-tasking capabilities and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of and exposure to a variety of industries.
- Hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality.
- Authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
