Automotive Detailer, Car Washer

About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated individual to join our team as a Full Time Automotive Detailer. This position pays a maximum of $16.50 / hour ($15.50 / hour starting pay with an opportunity for an additional $1 / hour based on performance).

Schedules Available

• Thursday - Monday: 2:00pm - 11:00pm
• Wednesday - Sunday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Monday - Friday: 6am - 3pm
• Thursday - Monday: 6am - 3pm

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights.
• Inspect windshield for damage.
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data.
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found.
• Verify registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed.
• Check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth.
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report warning lights, vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations.
• Site appearance responsibilities include cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous tasks related to daily branch cleanliness.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
