About the Role

Propel is seeking UGC Content Creators to produce short-form videos for their portfolio of products. This role involves creating content for platforms like Instagram Reels, working with provided scripts and creative briefs. It is suitable for aspiring content creators, students, freelancers, or anyone who enjoys being on camera and creating engaging social media videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels and other social media platforms.
• Record engaging, relatable videos using provided scripts and creative briefs.
• Develop strong opening hooks to capture viewers' attention.
• Utilize clear delivery, effective on-screen text, captions, and basic video editing.
• Showcase mobile apps naturally through demonstrations, scenarios, and relatable storytelling.
• Incorporate feedback and adhere to content guidelines.
• Deliver assigned videos within agreed timelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking naturally.
• Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar short-form video formats.
• Ability to record videos using a smartphone with clear audio and adequate lighting.
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as Instagram Edits, CapCut, VN, or InShot.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Reliability, creativity, and consistency.

No minimum follower count or prior professional experience is required. Beginners and aspiring creators are welcome.
