SPE-Policy Servicing

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end policy servicing activities for insurance products, ensuring timely updates, accurate records, and smooth operational workflows.
• Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, complex reconciliations, and creating structured reports.
• Apply generative AI tools to design and refine policy servicing processes, reducing manual effort and enhancing quality controls.
• Employ prompt engineering techniques to craft effective instructions for generative and agentic AI solutions.
• Operate M365 Copilot for summarizing policy documents, drafting communications, and generating productivity insights.
• Leverage agentic AI frameworks to orchestrate policy servicing workflows and monitor automated task execution.
• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches to connect knowledge sources with AI models.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Document policy servicing procedures, AI usage guidelines, and data management practices.
• Monitor process performance metrics and use data-driven insights to recommend enhancements.
• Support testing and validation of new AI features, Excel templates, and policy servicing systems.
• Align AI-assisted policy servicing initiatives with organizational purpose, regulatory expectations, and sustainability goals.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing across the policy servicing community.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in policy servicing or related operations.
• Hands-on exposure to MS Excel, generative AI, prompt engineering, M365 Copilot, agentic AI, and RAG-based solutions.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Practical experience in building and refining prompts for generative AI and agentic AI tools.
• Working knowledge of M365 Copilot usage.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

Certifications

• Microsoft Excel certification (required)
• AI related credential (e.g., Microsoft Certified Azure AI Fundamentals) (preferred)
