About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize RSA Archer applications (Solutions, Questionnaires, Workflows).
- Develop Data Driven Events, calculated fields, data feeds, and reports.
- Customize modules such as:
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- IT Risk Management (ITRM)
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Regulatory & Compliance Management
- Implement custom objects, access controls, and data integrations.
- Develop and manage data feeds (import/export) using APIs, REST/SOAP services, and file-based integrations.
- Provide ongoing support for Archer platform issues.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Handle platform upgrades, patching, and migration activities.
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and metrics.
- Build advanced reporting using Archer’s reporting engine.
- Provide insights into risk posture and compliance status.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong experience with RSA Archer eGRC Platform.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Application Builder
- Workflow Designer
- Data Feeds
- Reporting & Dashboarding
- Familiarity with:
- Archer Control Panels & Solutions
- Access control & permission models
Qualifications
- Experience in implementing multiple Archer use cases.
- Added advantage for knowledge of:
- APIs (REST/SOAP)
- XML/JSON
- Advanced Workflows
