Security Officer

Role Description

The Security Officer role at PVRINOX Pictures is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring entrances, exits, and critical areas to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting regular patrols
• Managing crowd control during peak show times or events
• Responding promptly to security incidents or emergencies in line with company protocols
• Enforcing security and safety procedures
• Operating surveillance systems
• Maintaining accurate incident reports
• Coordinating with local authorities when required
• Working closely with cinema operations teams to provide a secure environment

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Demonstrated skills in surveillance monitoring, access control, and premises patrolling
• Experience in incident response, emergency handling, and basic first aid or safety procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain clear documentation
• Ability to prepare concise incident reports
• Physical fitness and alertness, with the ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly
• Basic familiarity with CCTV systems and security technology; willingness to learn company-specific tools
• High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, facility protection, or hospitality environments is an advantage.
