Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify IT companies, startups, and tech agencies
• Reach out to companies via LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Introduce student/job seeker talent pool and placement support initiative
• Generate leads for hiring partnerships, internships, and job openings
• Coordinate initial conversations and opportunity interest
• Maintain outreach tracker and lead status updates
• Support collaboration between companies and candidate pools
• Work with the internal team to route verified opportunities
