The Supply Chain Analyst for D2C/Retail Industries is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. This role monitors and analyzes stock levels for sneakers, streetwear, and related products across direct-to-consumer and retail channels.
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 11am-8pm
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast demand.
- Review sales and inventory data.
- Recommend replenishment plans to minimize stockouts and overstock.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and store teams to ensure timely inbound and outbound flows, accurate inventory records, and efficient order fulfillment.
- Prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify process improvements in supply chain operations.
- Support new product launches with data-driven planning.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain Operations in D2C and retail environments.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data tools.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
Qualifications
- Strong Demand Planning and Inventory Management skills.
- Solid Analytical Skills for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Clear and effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in fashion, footwear, or retail supply chain is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Saket, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
