About the Role
All Star Physical Therapy in Apple Valley, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. We are seeking someone who shares our strong work ethic and passion for excellent care.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
- Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules, and billing and coding guidance.
- Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public, and all members of the healthcare team.
- Guide and oversee dedicated PTAs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
- AHA BLS required.
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.
- AI enabled Clinical documentation software (reported to reduce documentation time by 90%).

- Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- $46 - $53/hour + daily productivity incentives.
- Up to $10K sign on bonus.
