Key Responsibilities

• HR Executive – Fresher
• Interest in recruitment, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and HR operations.
• Junior Talent Acquisition Executive
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate engagement.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
• Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Team Lead
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and locations.
• Handle and guide the recruitment team, allocate hiring targets, and monitor performance.
• Develop sourcing strategies and improve recruitment turnaround time.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, hiring reports, and recruitment planning.

• Junior Talent Acquisition Executive: Sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn.
• Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Team Lead: Sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• HR Executive – Fresher
• Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR.
• Prior HR internship experience is required.
• Junior Talent Acquisition Executive
• Experience: 1–3 years.
• Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Team Lead
• Experience: 4–7 years.
