About the Role

We are seeking a plant expert to support our mission of empowering farmers through AI-driven crop diagnostics. This role involves diagnosing plant health issues, recommending treatments, and advising on product impact on crops. The ideal candidate will possess strong agronomy knowledge, practical field experience, and a collaborative mindset to work with both tech and farmer support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth crop research using AI and scientific sources.
• Use AI tools for literature review and research discovery.
• Analyze and validate agricultural data and research findings.
• Identify research gaps and develop research questions.
• Use AI to organize, summarize, and analyze research material.
• Prepare research reports and publication-ready content.
• Support development of research papers for national/international journals.
• Verify AI-generated information against credible scientific sources.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Deep understanding of plant health, diseases, and pests.
• Experience in crop monitoring and field diagnostics.
• Ability to recommend organic and chemical treatments.
• Familiarity with mobile apps and digital agriculture tools.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• No sales targets.

Qualifications

• Fresher in Agronomy, Plant Science, or Crop Diagnostics.
