About the Company

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan monthly Instagram content around diary covers, humour, stationery, student life and Indian youth culture.
  • Create 3–5 posts or reels each week in collaboration with the design intern.
  • Write captions, hooks, polls, story questions and WhatsApp preorder calls-to-action.
  • Track relevant trends without copying creators or using copyrighted characters.
  • Reply to comments, gather ideas from followers and maintain a practical content calendar.
  • Plan content around launches, examinations, gifting moments and college seasons.
  • Monitor saves, profile visits and WhatsApp enquiries to understand which designs and content perform best.

Requirements & Tech Stack

  • Comfort using Instagram Reels, Canva and CapCut, along with basic copywriting ability.
  • A strong understanding of Indian Gen Z internet culture and the ability to write natural, engaging Hinglish.
  • Basic familiarity with social media analytics and an interest in learning from content performance.
  • Applicants should be proactive, observant and comfortable contributing ideas independently in a creative environment.

Test task: Candidates will receive one cover design and create one carousel concept, one Reel idea, three captions and five Instagram Story poll questions.

This is a paid, remote internship with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000, based on targets, for a duration of 8 weeks.
