Key Responsibilities
- Candidate sourcing through various platforms
- Screening and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
- Assisting with recruitment activities
- Maintaining candidate records and HR documentation
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations

Qualifications
- Freshers / MBA-HR / BBA / B.Com students or graduates
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in HR
- Immediate joiners preferred
- 5 Days a Week work schedule
