About the Company
Flintron Tech Private Limited is a Bengaluru-based manufacturing company specializing in Insect Light Traps, Air Curtains, PVC Strip Curtains and related hygiene and pest-entry control products for industrial, commercial and institutional customers.
About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Sales Operations Executive to support our Sales Team with day-to-day sales coordination and order processing. This is an office-based Sales Support role and does not involve field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify incoming enquiries and leads
- Create and update leads and opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer and enquiry records
- Prepare quotations as per Sales Team requirements
- Create Sales Orders after customer confirmation
- Prepare invoices and related sales documents
- Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, Production and Dispatch teams
- Coordinate courier, transport and logistics
- Track order, dispatch and delivery status
- Support the Sales Team with customer follow-ups
- Maintain quotation, Sales Order, invoice and dispatch records
- Prepare regular sales and order-status reports
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good computer knowledge
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email
- Good written English
- Good communication and customer coordination skills
- Accurate data entry and documentation
- Good follow-up and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn CRM / ERP software
- Attention to detail
Qualifications
- PUC / 12th Pass or Any Graduate
Additional Information
- Work Location: Doddagubbi, Off Hennur–Bagalur Road, Bengaluru – 560077
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Take-Home Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
- CTC: Approx. ₹3.2–₹3.8 LPA
- Public transport options are limited near the office. Candidates with their own two-wheeler / personal vehicle or reliable daily transportation will be preferred.
Experience in quotations, invoicing, Sales Orders, order processing or logistics coordination will be an added advantage.
Freshers with good computer knowledge and written English are welcome to apply.
