About the Role

The Graduate Student role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role offers hands-on exposure to IT infrastructure, training delivery, and HR processes, helping build a foundation for a career in the IT and training domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Support trainers and technical teams by assisting with course preparation.
• Gather learning materials.
• Help organize training sessions.
• Participate in technical workshops.
• Shadow senior staff on client projects.
• Document processes.
• Contribute to basic research and project support activities.
• Help maintain training labs or classrooms.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide administrative support related to training schedules and student queries.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and apply foundational IT concepts, with interest in network infrastructure and enterprise technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with trainers, clients, and learners.
• Organizational and time management skills to support multiple training sessions and project tasks.
• Basic proficiency with computers, office productivity tools, and online collaboration platforms.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in on-site teams and follow guidance from mentors and supervisors.
• Undergraduate degree in progress or recently completed in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Willingness to take initiative, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and build skills through continuous learning.
• Interest in training, education, or HR services and a desire to work with enterprise clients is an advantage.
