Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Gain hands-on learning experience with guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Build community relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Learn to prioritize customer needs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following:
• Sales: commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
• Customer service: in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
• Athlete: participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team.
• Leadership: role in the military, clubs, or organizations.
