Creative Designer, Events Industry

About the Role

VertalisX Ventures LLP is looking for a creative and reliable Graphic Designer to support Food Security SummitX and B2B event initiatives. This is a paid, part-time, remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design LinkedIn posts, carousels and other social media creatives.
• Create speaker announcements, sponsor highlights, event banners and promotional materials.
• Design brochures, presentation decks and sales materials.
• Create email banners and website graphics.
• Maintain consistent fonts, colours and layouts across brands.
• Develop reusable templates for efficient content production.
• Prepare final files in required formats and keep editable source files organised.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy and branding.
• Proficiency in relevant tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or Canva.
• Ability to work independently, follow briefs and meet agreed deadlines.
• Clear communication and a thoughtful approach to feedback.
• Access to a suitable computer, design tools and reliable internet.
• Experience designing for B2B brands, corporate audiences or events would be an advantage.
• Basic video editing, motion graphics and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools are a bonus.
• Strong portfolios are welcome regardless of formal qualifications.

Working Arrangement

• Location: Work from home.
• Commitment: 20 hours per week.
• Compensation: 10,000 Rupees Aproxx.
• Expected start date: Urgent.
