Role Description

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions focused on communication, life skills, and professional behavior for students and early-career learners.
• Conduct workshops, classroom sessions, and simulations to enhance participants’ soft skills and workplace readiness.
• Assess learner needs, create training materials, and customize content for different programs.
• Utilize engaging methodologies such as role-plays, group activities, and presentations.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain training records.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to align sessions with institutional objectives.
• Periodically update training content to reflect current industry expectations and emerging professional skill requirements.

Location: Jaipur and Meerut

Salary: 25000 Per Month

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong expertise in Training & Development and Life Skills to design, deliver, and evaluate effective soft skill programs.
• Excellent Communication and Soft Skills to model professional behavior and engage diverse learner groups.
• Effective Presentation Skills to conduct clear, structured, and interactive workshops and classroom sessions.
• Prior experience as a soft skill trainer, corporate trainer, or faculty in skill development or professional education.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage batches, and coordinate with academic and administrative teams.
• Familiarity with competency-based training, assessment tools, and learner-centric teaching methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, management, or human resources is an advantage.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for creating presentations, training aids, and maintaining learner data.
