About the Role

IRCON International Limited, Ministry of Railways, is recruiting for a 1-year Apprenticeship program with 54 seats available. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience in various fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake a 1-year Apprenticeship program.
• Gain practical experience in fields such as Civil, Electrical, S&T, HR, Finance, Rajbhasha, CSR, Legal, and IT.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate Apprenticeship (GA):
• Relevant engineering or technology degree for Civil, Electrical, S&T.
• Full-time BBA for Human Resource.
• Full-time B.Com for Finance.
• Full-time BA in Hindi for Rajbhasha.
• Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) for CSR.
• Full-time LLB for Legal.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or IT, BCA, B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science or IT for IT.
• Diploma Apprentice (DA):
• Relevant engineering or technology diploma for Civil & Electrical streams.
• Eligibility Criteria:
• Must meet eligibility criteria as of October 1, 2026.
• Diploma holders must have passed in 2026, 2025, 2024, or on or after July 1, 2023.
• Not Eligible:
• Candidates awaiting results.
• Candidates with supplementary or back papers.
• Those who have completed an apprenticeship previously.
• Those with one year or more of post-qualification training or work experience.
• Age (as on October 1, 2026):
• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years
• Age Concessions:
• SC and ST: 5 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• Registration:
• Registration on NATS portal is mandatory.

Selection Process

• Selection is based on merit in qualifying degree/diploma.
• No Written Test / Interview.

Stipend

• Graduate Apprentices: Rs. 14,000/- per month
• Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Rs. 12,000/- per month
