Junior Analyst

About the Role

As a Junior Analyst at Humain*Formation, you will support the team in collecting, preparing, and analyzing data to enable informed decisions. You will create simple reports and presentations, check data for completeness and quality, and document your findings clearly and understandably. In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments, participate in team meetings, and assist in preparing analyses for internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position in Kolkata, offering the opportunity to further develop analytical skills in a practical setting.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills: Good numerical understanding, ability to analyze data structurally, and draw simple conclusions.
• IT and data affinity: Basic knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and willingness to learn new tools and databases.
• Communication and collaboration: Ability to present results comprehensibly, ask clear questions, and work constructively in a team.
• Organization and self-management: Diligent work ethic, reliability in meeting deadlines, and structured approach to parallel tasks.
• Educational and professional background: Completed or ongoing vocational training or degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, social sciences, computer science, or related areas) is advantageous; initial practical experience through internships or projects is desirable.
