This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Own vehicles to pick up, transport, and deliver goods to designated locations, following scheduled routes and timelines.
- Load and unload packages.
- Verify delivery documents.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Comply with traffic and safety regulations.
- Interact with customers and site staff in a professional manner.
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery.
- Report any issues, delays, or incidents to the supervisor.
- Support basic warehouse tasks when required, such as organizing shipments and assisting with inventory checks.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with material-handling equipment is beneficial for loading and unloading freight safely.
- Ability to participate in and support Training activities, including learning company procedures and safety standards.
- Basic awareness of Sales and Food & Beverage operations is helpful when delivering to commercial or hospitality clients.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with routes in and around Bengaluru.
- Understanding of road safety rules and ability to follow company policies and local regulations.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move packages as part of daily delivery tasks.
- Reliability, time management, and attention to detail in handling shipments and documentation.
