Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability.
• Execute retail merchandising activities to connect customers with brands.
• Serve as the main contact with store management and represent Acosta Group in assigned stores.
• Merchandise brands in a variety of categories.
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock, and pack out products.
• Straighten product on the shelf.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work while navigating multiple applications.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and Acosta clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates.
• Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe.
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Provide accurate and concise data and photos by following provided instructions.
• Report work the same day it is completed.

Schedule Details

• Full-Time: Flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Tuesday, Friday required).
• Part-Time: Flexible schedule, 2-4 days (Tuesday, Friday required).
• Workdays can be Sunday through Saturday, depending on location-specific requirements.
• Start work between 6 am - 9 am, work between 6 am to 6 pm (no evenings).

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Access to reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple retail locations.
• Comfortable using a company-issued mobile device to complete work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently as an Acosta representative.
• Effective communication with store associates, store managers, and Acosta team members.
• Ability to leverage support and share best practices with the Walmart team.
• Ability to contact direct manager for assistance with in-store challenges.
