Junior BIM Modeler

About the Role

The Junior BIM Modeler is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves creating, updating, and maintaining BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP systems based on project requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP systems.
• Interpret construction drawings.
• Coordinate with project engineers and architects.
• Ensure models reflect accurate dimensions, materials, and specifications.
• Check models for clashes and inconsistencies.
• Organize project documentation.
• Support senior modelers in delivering coordinated BIM outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Follow quality and compliance guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in modeling workflows.

Qualifications

• Skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler workflows.
• Skills in Architecture and understanding of Construction Drawings.
• Skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling.
• Basic proficiency in BIM-related software tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar).
• Familiarity with industry standards.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to follow structured processes and guidelines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• A diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior internship or project experience in BIM is beneficial.
