About the Role
At Luna Technologies, we design robotic cells, cobot work stations, and AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) systems. Our Robotics & AMR division is growing, and we are hiring Design Engineers in Pune.
What You'll Work On
- Robotic cells: End-of-arm tooling, grippers, fixtures, and guarding for industrial robots and cobots.
- AMR solutions: Top modules, conveyors, lifters, and docking stations for mobile robots.
- Automation machines: SPMs, pick-and-place systems, assembly lines, and pneumatic/motion-control assemblies.
- Concept to commissioning: Create 3D models and detailed drawings in SolidWorks, then see designs run on the shop floor.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong SolidWorks skills: part, assembly, sheet metal, and detailed drawings.
- Good grasp of GD&T, tolerances, material selection, and BOMs.
- Exposure to robotics, AMRs, SPMs, conveyors, or pneumatics is a big plus.
Qualifications
- Senior: 7+ years of experience, with the ability to lead projects and mentor.
- Mid: 3–7 years of experience.
- Junior: 0–3 years of experience, with a passion for robotics.
- Must be based in or willing to work in the Pune belt: Chakan, Talegaon, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Nigdi, Moshi, Alandi, Bhosari.
