Venture Scout
Pairs
About the Role
Pairs is a global network of family offices, institutional investors, VCs, and angels. This role is for individuals who can independently source companies for diligence and establish relationships with investors who back private companies directly. The role emphasizes building relationships through effective communication and understanding what makes companies valuable to investors. This is an early-career role where drive and judgment are prioritized over years of experience.
