We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Ahmedabad team and work on taxation, valuation, and advisory assignments for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• GST – Indirect Taxation
• Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Perform GST reconciliations and input tax credit reviews.
• Assist with GST notices, assessments, departmental queries, and audit support.
• Research GST provisions and support advisory assignments.
• Income Tax – Direct Taxation
• Prepare and review income tax returns for companies, LLPs, firms, and individuals.
• Assist with tax computations, advance tax, tax provisions, and reconciliations.
• Support tax audits, assessments, and responses to income tax notices.
• Conduct tax research and assist with direct tax advisory assignments.
• Transfer Pricing
• Assist with domestic and international transfer pricing assignments.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analyses.
• Research applicable transfer pricing methods and comparable transactions.
• Assist in preparing or reviewing Form 3CEB.
• Support transfer pricing assessments, notices, and advisory assignments.
• Valuation & Advisory
• Assist in business valuation assignments for various purposes, including financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and transactions.
• Support valuation of shares, businesses, intangible assets, and other financial instruments.
• Assist in preparing valuation models, financial projections, and supporting schedules.
• Conduct industry research, comparable company analysis, and financial analysis.
• Support the preparation of valuation reports and related documentation.
• Client Management & Team Coordination
• Coordinate with clients to collect information and supporting documents.
• Manage assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Assist senior team members with research, analysis, and report preparation.
• Keep track of compliance deadlines and relevant regulatory developments.
