About the Role
- Full-time, Founding Team
- Location: Mumbai
- Looking for an engineer who is also an entrepreneur, builder, and "Figureoutable" at heart.

- Technology and AI are central to operations, decision-making, customer service, and scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the website, mobile app, and customer-facing experiences.
- Build AI agents and automate workflows across marketing, operations, customer experience, and more.
- Experiment with new AI tools, ship quickly, break things, and fix things.
- Own the entire tech stack, from writing code to deploying products.
- Eventually help build the tech team as the company scales.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong full-stack engineer.
- AI enthusiast and problem solver.
- High bias for action; prefers shipping quickly over prolonged discussion.
- Ability to independently take products from idea to deployment.
- Capability to build for web and mobile, or confidence in learning what's unknown.
- Genuine excitement for and up-to-date knowledge of AI, LLMs, agents, and automation, with prior product building experience in these areas.
- Thinks like a founder, not just an engineer.
- Enjoys ownership, ambiguity, and figuring things out.
- Bonus: Experience building AI agents or agentic AI systems used in production and at scale.
