  • Maintain accurate lead records, communication history, follow-up dates, and lead status in the CRM.
  • Record common objections, customer questions, feature requests, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with the management team to arrange demonstrations and hand over qualified leads.

Customer Feedback & Market Research

  • Collect and organize feedback from prospects and product users.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and feature requests.
  • Research competing solutions and document differences in features, pricing, and positioning.
  • Share insights to improve the product, onboarding, and sales messaging.
  • Help prepare FAQs, basic product guides, and demonstration checklists.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to investigate problems.
  • Logical thinking and the ability to follow workflows systematically.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with business owners and potential customers.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with web applications.
  • Ability to document findings clearly using Google Sheets, Excel, Google Docs, or similar tools.
  • Willingness to learn new software products and understand how businesses use them.
  • A self-driven attitude, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
