IT Asset Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Coordinate asset operations, including procurement, deployment, and disposal of IT assets.
• Utilize Excel and other tools to track asset status and generate reports for management.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure that asset management practices align with organizational goals.
• Assist in audits and compliance checks related to IT assets.
• Provide support and training to staff on asset management processes and tools.
