About the Role
The Nurse Residency Program is an exclusive opportunity for recent nursing graduates with a passed NCLEX and licensure in the United States. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care.
- Deliver care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- LPN or RN license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- Passed NCLEX.
- CPR in good standing.
- Electronic charting using Statewise.
Qualifications
- Recent nursing graduate.
- Licensure in the United States.
