Key Responsibilities
- Master product specifications, installation techniques, and field operations during hands-on onboarding.
- Transition to consulting homeowners, architects, and contractors on window and door solutions.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare accurate sales estimates.
- Build relationships with local builders and homeowners in the greater Seattle area.
- Deliver customer service from initial consultation to final project walkthrough.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Reliable Transportation: Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license to travel to job sites daily.
- Hands-On Willingness: Comfortable spending time on active construction/residential job sites during onboarding.
- People Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and a customer-first mindset.
- Dependability: Punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Qualifications
- Drive & Ambition: A strong desire to build a long-term, lucrative career in sales.
- Jobsite travel within the greater Seattle area is required.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $21.30 – $24.00/hour during training, with added bonus or commission upon sales transition. Potential annual earnings of $45,000.00 - $85,000.00.
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No Weekends)
