Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support the growth of Paxmeet by onboarding event hosts, communities, creators, and brand partners across different cities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and an interest in community building, events, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard event hosts, organizers, and communities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Reach out to brands, creators, and local communities for collaborations
- Support partnership and expansion initiatives for the platform
- Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and client servicing
Requirements
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
- Interest in startups, events, and community-driven platforms
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or partnerships is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
