LearnQoch is an AI-powered software company transforming the education system through technology. We work with educational institutes (KG-PG) to provide best-in-class ERP, LMS, and Accreditation Software. We are hiring Management Trainees with or without any professional experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of software and AI tools.
• Basic knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service).
• Basic understanding of the education industry.

Qualifications

• Courses & Discipline: Graduates from MBA, B.Tech., B.Com, BBA, BBM, BMS, BA are eligible to apply.
• Course Types: Only full-time courses will be considered. Part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
• NIOS Eligibility: Students who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS are eligible if their other courses are full-time.
• Highest Qualification: Must clear and complete the course within the stipulated time duration without any backlogs.
• Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: Up to 1 pending or active backlog/arrear/ATKT is permitted at the time of interview. No pending backlogs will be allowed at the time of joining. All must be cleared within the stipulated course duration.
• Extended Education: Not allowed. Courses must be completed within the stipulated duration.
• Gap/Break in Education: Must declare gaps. Overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification. Document proof will be checked.
• Age: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 24 years.
• CGPA: Minimum CGPA of 7 & above for MBA, B.Tech., B.Com, BBA, BBM, BMS.
