About the Role
This is a hands-on execution role with room to grow into strategy, focusing on planning, creating, and scheduling social media content for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage monthly social media calendars for 4–6 client accounts.
- Create engaging posts, reels, carousels, and stories, including writing captions and briefing designers.
- Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite or other scheduling tools.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement, responding or escalating as needed.
- Track post performance weekly (reach, engagement, follower growth) and report findings.
- Research trending formats, hashtags, and competitor activity for each client’s niche.
- Coordinate with the design team on creatives and the founder on client strategy.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms and content formats.
- Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer (Nice to have).
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads (boosting, audience targeting) (Nice to have).
- Canva skills for quick edits (Nice to have).
Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in social media marketing (internship counts).
- Good written English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
- Eye for design – understanding of what makes a good post.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet daily posting schedules.
- Self-starter.
- Understanding of content marketing or brand voice development (Nice to have).
- Exposure to client-servicing in an agency setup (Nice to have).
Compensation
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (Based on experience).
- Performance-based appraisals.
