Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic culinary professionals who are passionate about cooking, customer interaction, and emerging food technology. As a Jr. Kitchen Chef – Culinary Demonstration Specialist, you will showcase On2Cook’s innovative cooking technology through live cooking demonstrations at customer locations, commercial kitchens, exhibitions, and hospitality events. You will interact with chefs, kitchen managers, and hospitality professionals to demonstrate how On2Cook can enhance kitchen efficiency, reduce cooking time, and improve operational productivity. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy cooking, communicating with people, travelling, and exploring the intersection of culinary arts and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live cooking demonstrations and showcase On2Cook technology at customer sites and commercial kitchens.
• Prepare and present food samples to demonstrate the product’s features, functionality, and cooking performance.
• Explain the operational benefits of On2Cook, including faster cooking, improved efficiency, and potential cost savings.
• Interact with chefs, restaurant owners, kitchen managers, and other hospitality professionals during demonstrations.
• Support customer outreach, lead generation, demonstration scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Represent On2Cook at trade shows, hospitality exhibitions, food festivals, and industry events.
• Collaborate with the sales and culinary teams to understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback, address basic product-related queries, and support product adoption.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, ensure food preparation standards, and manage the overall readiness of demo setups.
• Contribute to customer engagement initiatives and support the achievement of team business targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in kitchen operations, culinary arts, hospitality, food and beverage, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong culinary skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in conducting live demonstrations and engaging with customers.
• An interest in kitchen technology, food innovation, and commercial culinary applications.
• A proactive, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.

Travel Requirements

This position involves frequent local and regional travel to customer sites, commercial kitchens, exhibitions, and hospitality events. Candidates should be comfortable travelling as required by business needs.
