About the Role
This role involves US real estate property accounting services, accounts payable and receivable. The Corporate Banking Wholesale Banking team is responsible for helping clients and organizations process trade finance transactions by providing superior service delivery to trade customers whilst safeguarding the bank from risks associated with this business.
Key Responsibilities
- Computes and presents the results of financial events by administering, managing and processing general ledger accounts.
- Accounts for current assets, fixed assets, liabilities, revenue and expense items, and gains and losses.
- May handle related tax issues, invoice management and budgeting.
- Solves routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Works under detailed instructions on all tasks.
- Decisions made impact only your own work and are closely supervised.
- Acts as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
- May require working in rotational shifts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Com.Bkg - Commercial Real Estate - General Ledger Reconciliations
- CRES knowledge and CRES Industrial experience
Qualifications
- BCom/Any Graduation
- Domain expert in Lease administration, General ledger reconciliation, and Financial planning
- Ability to establish strong client relationships.
