About the Role
Hema Industries is a manufacturing organization specializing in precision-engineered components. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling and machining operations.
- Ensure parts meet dimensional and quality requirements.
- Interpret technical drawings, including engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
- Select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters.
- Set up CNC machines.
- Collaborate with operators to resolve production issues.
- Perform test runs.
- Troubleshoot program or machine errors.
- Continuously improve processes to reduce cycle times and scrap.
- Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong skills in CNC Programming.
- General Programming related to manufacturing processes.
- Skills in Machining and Milling.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machine operation and setup.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings.
- Relevant technical education such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience in precision manufacturing is advantageous.
- Knowledge of tooling and materials is advantageous.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a production environment.
