Human Resource Recruiter Intern

About the Internship

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented individuals who are passionate about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and an opportunity to work on real-time hiring challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities across manufacturing and corporate functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring MIS reports.
• Coordinate candidate documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Support campus hiring, employer branding, and talent mapping initiatives.
• Work on various HR and Talent Acquisition improvement projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) pursuing final year or recently completed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment processes.
• Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.

Location: Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 15,000 - 20,000 per month (based on interview performance)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)
