Role Description

As a Software Engineer Intern at Silovation Technologies, you will support the design, development, and testing of software solutions that address specific business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing back-end features.
• Writing clean and efficient code.
• Debugging issues.
• Assisting with integration of AI or data-driven components.
• Collaborating with engineers and product team members to understand requirements, refine technical specifications, and improve existing systems.
• Learning best practices in software development, version control, and documentation.
• This is an on-site internship role located in Pune City.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and basic software engineering concepts.
• Skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Understanding of Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in building maintainable code.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively in a team setting, and follow coding standards and review processes.
• Basic experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and an interest in AI or data-driven applications is a plus.
