- Ensure agents are engaged, motivated, and productive by forging a strong relationship.
- Ensure agents are constantly inducted, activated, and productive.
- Drive incentive schemes to ensure agent income exceeds benchmark.
- Achieve product-wise targets & profitability.
- Goal setting of all agents in the team.
- Regular field observation & regular agent visits.
