Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing electrical or mechanical building services designs, layouts, and engineering drawings.
- Support design calculations, equipment selection, and preparation of technical schedules and specifications.
- Prepare and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Coordinate with HVAC, Electrical, PHE, Architectural, and Structural teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Review drawings and incorporate design revisions and client/consultant comments.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, calculations, and project documentation.
- Ensure design deliverables comply with applicable engineering standards and project requirements.
- Support senior engineers in design reviews, BIM coordination, and timely project delivery.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in MEP design or building services engineering.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical building services systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design workflows is an advantage.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
