Robotics Trainer

About the Role

EduMe Research Labs is seeking a Robotics Research Analyst & Trainer to design, develop, and deliver hands-on training programs in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, a passion for teaching, and the ability to guide students in building innovative, real-world technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver hands-on training sessions in Robotics, AI, IoT, Arduino, sensors, and embedded systems.
• Guide and mentor students in developing innovative robotics and technology-based projects.
• Research emerging technologies and integrate them into practical learning modules.
• Support students in preparing for school exhibitions, technology expos, robotics competitions, and innovation challenges.
• Develop engaging, project-based learning activities that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Lead and coordinate events such as Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), inter-school and intra-school events, tech tours, and technology competitions.
• Collaborate with schools to implement innovative educational and real-world technology solutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of Arduino, sensors, microcontrollers, embedded systems, and basic AI/IoT concepts.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in ECE, EEE, Mechatronics, Robotics, IoT, or a related field.
• Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring students, and fostering innovation.
• Ability to conduct practical sessions and guide students through project development.
• Prior experience in technical training, robotics projects, or educational technology is an added advantage.

Work Location

The role involves working with schools in and around Hyderabad, within approximately a 20 km radius of MGBS.
