About the Apprenticeship Program

• Start your career in client-facing B2B sales, working with business decision-makers in the US market.
• Program begins with 4 weeks of structured training, followed by a 12-month Apprenticeship in Operations.

Job Description

• Engage prospects over calls to understand their needs and present solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads and set up meetings for the clients sales team.
• Build relationships and follow up consistently.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for quality and productivity.

Desired Candidate

• BBA or MBA graduates who passed out in 2024, 2025 or 2026, or are currently pursuing their final year (2027).
• Graduates from other degrees who have completed a sales or marketing course (please carry the certificate).
• Excellent spoken and written English, with a neutral accent.
• Confident, with good listening and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working night or US shifts.
• Willing to learn, take feedback and grow in sales.
• Basic computer skills.

Program and Perks

• 4-week TurboHire training program under contract (designation: Contractor).
• Fixed payout of Rs 20,000/month during training.
• After training, an Operations interview, followed by process training under the Apprenticeship program.
• 12-month Apprenticeship with MarketStar at Rs 2.58 LPA.
• Structured coaching and mentorship, including a supported first 60 days in Operations.
• High performers may be considered for conversion to full-time employees after the Apprenticeship.
