This is a full-time, on-site role based at Smile Avenue Dental Clinic in Bhopal.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and basic periodontal care.
• Conduct oral examinations and review medical histories.
• Interpret radiographs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment in compliance with clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and other team members to deliver efficient, coordinated care.
• Support the clinic’s standards for patient satisfaction.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Recognized Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree.
• Valid dental registration/license as per local regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in common clinical procedures (diagnosis, restorative dentistry, endodontics, extractions, and basic prosthodontics).
• Strong knowledge of infection control, sterilization protocols, and clinical safety standards.
• Ability to interpret dental radiographs and use dental equipment and instruments effectively.
• Excellent patient communication skills, with an empathetic and ethical approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team.
• Ability to manage time and appointments efficiently.
• Willingness to learn new techniques, adopt digital tools, and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Prior clinical experience in a dental practice or internship is preferred but not mandatory for motivated early-career professionals.
