About the Role

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Support Finance Operations by analyzing operational data, reconciling transactions, and managing end to end procure to pay activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable processes, invoice processing, purchase orders, and invoice matching.
• Execute vendor and Travel and Expense payments, payment runs, and controls while ensuring compliance, accurate processing, vendor management, and taxation requirements.
• Refer to the systematic handling and management of incoming invoices within a business or organization.
• Verify the accuracy of the invoice, match it with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiate the payment process.
• Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Interact within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
• Receive detailed to moderate instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Make decisions that will impact your own work.
• Act as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined and focused scope of work.
• This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
