About the Role
Deutsche Bank's Investment Banking & Capital Markets business offers a full range of investment banking products and services, including financial advisory and capital raising. The Strategic Equity Transactions Group (SETG) structures, markets, and executes bespoke equity transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships focused on equity capital markets issuances and opportunities.
- Create and deliver high-value added financial analysis to targeted clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell bank products.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Significant network and experience within the arena with extensive, product and market knowledge.
- Proven track record of independently and proactively servicing multiple clients and effectively managing multiple priorities, while generating significant revenue.
- Previous Equities experience.
- Strong commercial acumen: understanding client/market problems, proactively tackling challenges, and seizing opportunities.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and solve business problems, while applying critical judgment for responsible and ethical AI use.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to understand broad business issues, their potential implications, and to make sound business recommendations.
- Dynamic, agile, highly motivated. Able to navigate, adapt, and thrive in a constantly changing/evolving global bank.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000
