About the Role

Quantum World Ventures (QWV) is a deep-tech venture dedicated to advancing Quantum Technologies, AI, eGovernance, Education, and MedTech. The organization focuses on transforming cutting-edge research and innovation into scalable solutions with real-world applications. QWV aims to create meaningful global impact by building products and platforms that address complex technological and societal challenges. This is a full-time, on-site Co Founder with Investment role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on defining the company vision, building long-term strategy, and driving execution across Quantum Technologies, AI, eGovernance, Education, and MedTech initiatives.
• Evaluate and incubate new deep-tech ideas.
• Form partnerships with research institutions and industry stakeholders.
• Guide product development from concept to market.
• Contribute capital to the venture.
• Manage investor relationships.
• Support fundraising activities.
• Set up governance structures that ensure responsible growth.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
• Establish operational processes.
• Represent QWV in key industry forums and events.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in founding, co-founding, or leading technology ventures, preferably in deep-tech domains such as Quantum Technologies, AI, or MedTech.
• Strong background in strategy, business development, and scaling early-stage companies.
• Ability and willingness to make an investment in the venture.
• Experience in working with investors, venture capital, or innovation funding ecosystems.
• Knowledge of research and innovation processes, including collaboration with universities, R&D labs, or government bodies in areas like eGovernance and Education technology.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building and mentoring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru.

• Advanced degree in technology, science, business, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience in deep-tech or startup environments is highly valued.
